Great Job with the fast. I remember doing some methode acting back in college and I was basically in a post apocalyptic world. The character I was playing only ate once a day. It was not 72 hours but I only got to eat 2 bits of chicken on stage during the play. That was not too hard but it was a test. So, congratulations for making it this far, really great job.

Down here in Austin we try to incorporate some restrictive training. We do some blind training at least once a month. the *without thumbs* sounds fun. I did many things like this while in college. Though, I did them as performance art. One day I juggled every time I walked. I walk backwards an entire day. I will however be doing a QM all day in the future.

Best of luck to you and way to go!

Thanks! I'm planning on being very safe about this. Everything I say I'm going to do are goals. If at any point I feel like it's seriously compromising my health, I'm cool with chickening out.

I don't plan on breaking the fast, but I'm not stupid. :) If I have to, I will.

Don't die. I understand your motivation--with all of us cushy-assed middle-classers whining about the economy going crappy and not being able to buy big-screen TVs and SUVs like we used to, we tend to forget that most of the globe is worse off than any of us ever have been or will be. This is a journey of personal discovery for you, and it's very deep of you to look at it this way. But I like your blog, so don't end up in the emergency room because konging a picnic table is one thing, depriving your body of something it is used to for an extended period of time is another. Oh yeah, this is GT from Addicted to Chai! I haven't updated in a while cause I'm also busy with school now. Good luck.
